ZL23 Type fiber filter rod making combination is composed of YL13 opening & gluing machine and YL23 filter rod shaping machine. It uses cellulose acetate and polypropylene fiber bundle as raw materials. Through such procedures as air opening, screw opening, gluing, packing and rolling, side sealing, shaping and cutting manufactures the filter rods of equal length that comply with the requirements for butting.
The opening & gluing machine operates in 3-stage air opening and 2-stage screw roller opening, so that the filament bundles can be fully extended, loosened, expanded and uniformly glued. The shaping machine adopts a high precision helical bevel gear and parallel stub axle as transmission system. A single cutter is used to cut filter rods, which could effectively control the errors in the length of the filter rods. The cigarette pipe is an integral one, and it applies the side sealing process with thermosol. So, it is simple and easy to adjust and operate the pipe, and it ensures reliable sticking and bonding. The cutting blades can advance and sharpen automatically, so that it will keep filter rods cut flat and smooth.
ZL23 Type machine set is PLC and frequency controlled. It adopts automatic paper receiving technique. This unit is easy to operate as it is with full functions, highly automatic and all the parameters are digitalized on the display. Meanwhile, the raw materials are widely applicable.
